Inflation now exceeds 10% and is escalating rapidly as the dollar has been seriously eroded & devalued by That Stinker’s Administration. Median time to find a job exceeds 30 weeks now, and it is not unusual to find educated & experienced people diligently looking for 2 or more years. Not only find home or property in america. Move to the USA also need job. You need to have enough money to live on for at least a year, including rent & living expenses. You will need a car + insurance + registration and all for cash since you cannot get a car loan, and most places you cannot get a job without “reliable transportation” (i.e. own a good car, not a clunker!). You will need a jobhunting wardrobe and jobhunting expenses! If you are extremely frugal and extremely lucky, you might get by on $30,000 until you find a job.
